Welcome to Neuroaesthetic Agentics (a DBA of SDM Neuroaesthetic Ventures LLC). By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or utilizing our software architecture and consulting services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
Age Eligibility: By using this website and opting into SMS/text messaging, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Legal Entity
These Terms govern your use of the Neuroaesthetic Agentics website and related digital properties.
Legal Entity: Neuroaesthetic Agentics is a registered "Doing Business As" (DBA) entity, wholly owned and operated by SDM Neuroaesthetic Ventures LLC. All services, billing, and legal agreements are executed under SDM Neuroaesthetic Ventures LLC. Neuroaesthetic Agentics provides B2B (Business-to-Business) technology consulting, AI workflow architecture, and practice automation setup for aesthetic, medical, and wellness practices.
Consulting Services: Systems audits, flow-mapping, and strategy sessions.
Implementation Services: Done-for-you software setup, CRM architecture (e.g., GoHighLevel), and AI communications routing.
All paid implementations and fractional consulting services will be governed by a separate, signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and/or Statement of Work (SOW).
3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By opting in to receive SMS text messages on our website forms or calendar bookings, you agree to the following terms regarding our communications:
Program Description: Neuroaesthetic Agentics (SDM Neuroaesthetic Ventures LLC) sends SMS messages to users who have opted in. These messages include appointment reminders, strategy session updates, systems audit follow-ups, and service information.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions and project status with our team.
Opt-Out: You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number you received the message from. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Important Disclaimer: While Neuroaesthetic Agentics is founded and led by a licensed physician (Stacey Denise Moore, MD), Neuroaesthetic Agentics does not provide medical care, medical advice, or clinical diagnoses.
We are a technology and operations consulting firm. Our services involve optimizing software and administrative workflows. Engaging our services does not establish a doctor-patient relationship.
5. Compliance, HIPAA, and Data
While our systems are architected with healthcare compliance in mind:
You (The Client) remain the "Covered Entity" under HIPAA. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your practice’s use of any software, AI tool, or CRM complies with all applicable local, state, and federal healthcare laws.
Where applicable during paid engagements, SDM Neuroaesthetic Ventures LLC will act as a "Business Associate," which will be governed by a separately executed Business Associate Agreement (BAA).
We are not liable for any PHI (Protected Health Information) breaches that occur due to the negligence of your practice’s staff, compromised passwords, or third-party software vulnerabilities.
6. Intellectual Property
All original content, proprietary workflows, automation architectures, funnel templates, and operational frameworks displayed on this website or provided during consulting sessions are the exclusive intellectual property of SDM Neuroaesthetic Ventures LLC.
You May Not: Copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell our proprietary systems architectures, website copy, or consulting frameworks to other practices or agencies without express written consent.
7. No Guaranteed Results
While our systems are designed to reduce administrative overhead and improve patient follow-up, Neuroaesthetic Agentics does not guarantee specific financial results, revenue metrics, or clinical outcomes. The success of any operational system depends heavily on your team's adoption, market conditions, and your clinical delivery.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, arising from the use of our website or systems recommendations.
We are not responsible for outages, glitches, or API failures originating from third-party software platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, EMRs, Twilio, OpenAI) utilized in your practice.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SDM Neuroaesthetic Ventures LLC, its officers, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your practice's use of our website, the implementation of our advice, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Continued use of our website or services after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
